On behalf of the Nelson Mandela Children’s fund which is to be launched on Monday 5 august 1996. I hereby request a donation of nine by six metre marquee tent as well as two, five by five metre marquee tents. We are expecting approximately four hundred guests for this charity function which will be held at the President private residence Mahlamba Ndlopfu in Pretoria.

 Any donation in the form this fund would be greatly appreciated.Many thanks.

Special thanks for the guidance, advise and assistance in setting up the marquees for the event. The run-up to and preparation for the school’s opening ceremony was a time of great excitement and, certainly, a lot of work and expense. 

The board of management is well aware of the sacrifices and effort put in by yourself towards the successful holding of the opening ceremony, and salutes you for your generosity and open heartedness.

Service of such voluntary nature given by persons such as you creates a sense of well being amongst our learners and the entire school community, and goes a long way towards bringing about a sense of pride in and belonging to our school.

This is just a little note to thank you for everything that you have done to make Zaheera’s wedding such a memorable and happy occasion.

Your diligence, readiness to help and efficiency over the past few months and particularly for the wedding have been most impressive. You were always pleasant to work with and even when we phoned you a million times and constantly changed the order you remained helpful and very patient.
